Example property value RM100K – 15 years term
Monthly payment RM1,594.00 for 10 years

Year 10 , monthly payment stop as you have tenant now. Plus you will have profit RM333 per month from the rental. Tenant will paying you by yearly basis and will stay for 5 years. You will have permanent income for 5 years of RM20,000 in total.

Year 15, the tenant decided to purchase the house from you. The property can be sold at price RM228,737. The purchase process is automatic and you will receive the money without much documentation.
Your profit is RM228,737 + RM20,000 (5 years rental) – (RM1594 x 10 years) = RM57,457

Example property value RM100K – 20 years term
Monthly payment RM1,577.00 for 10 years
